What exam types can I teach?
CCL is live today, across 39 languages. IELTS and CPI are coming soon — apply now and you'll be ready the day they open. Each exam has its own content library and rubrics.
Is there a revenue share or commission?
Students pay you directly for your classes. For marketplace services (Expert Scoring and 1:1 Sessions) we currently take 0% commission — you keep what students pay, minus standard Stripe processing fees. This is our launch policy and may change in future with advance notice. Separately, using the teaching platform itself will eventually carry a service fee, but we run a generous free tier while we grow.
What does it cost to teach on BuMate?
Your first cohorts run free — bring a full intake or two and see if it fits. After that, pricing is capacity-based and tailored to each teacher, so there's no one-size number. When you're ready, email support@bumate.ai and we'll set you up — starting with a free trial generous enough to really test it.
Can I use my existing class materials?
Yes. Upload your own dialogues, recordings, files, and videos — or supplement with BuMate's library.
How long does approval take?
